American Clay Plaster Training Services
As Certified American Clay Instructors, we now provide services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario and Canada wide. Our training workshops are aimed mainly at professional trades, so wether you are a Taper, Painter, Plasterer, Concrete finisher or Drywaller contact us to find out more. We also welcome other trades but would prefer that you have had some trowelling experience.
American Clay Course outline
This 2 day course will cover the four different types of Clay Plasters available from American Clay (Loma, Porcelina, Marittimo and Enjarre) and there application.
We will discuss and execute all application techniques with relevant primers and coatings such as wax, plus a selecton of finishes from Sponge to Colour Blending and Skip Trowel.
There will also be time put aside on the course for group discussions on all topics including troubleshooting.
There is a set venue for the training here in Toronto but if coming here is a problem we may be able to bring the workshops to you. Contact us if this is the case..
Depending on the skills assesment made of each individual at the end of the course, you may walk away straight away as a certified American Clay applicator and posted on the American Clay website.
